Timeqo Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  2. Non-Delivery: If your watch does not arrive at the designated shipping address, you are eligible for a return.

Return Process

If you encounter any of the issues mentioned above, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Await Response: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.

  3. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
